How the strips work

Apply
Press one strip onto your upper teeth and one onto your lower teeth. Dry teeth hold the strips best.

Wait
Leave them on for the time printed on the box. You can talk and drink water in the meantime.

Peel off
Remove the strips and carry on with your day. One treatment a day, for as many days as the box holds.

How many treatments are in a box?
It depends on the kit, from 5 to 20 treatments. The number is on each product page; one treatment is one upper and one lower strip.
Will the strips hurt sensitive teeth?
Some people feel a passing sensitivity during the course. The Sensitive & Gentle kits are made for exactly that; if a day is uncomfortable, skip it and carry on the next.
How long does delivery take?
